Please respect your instructors and fellow students!
We do understand that things can occur during your day.
If you have given us a notice that you will be late, and it has been received by the receptionist, we can allow access to class within 5 minutes after it has started.
Please understand that this will vary depending on the type of class, and the receptionist might still not be able to give you access to the class.
If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will unfortunately not get access to class – without exceptions.
A late cancel/no-show fee will be registered.
At The Playroom we have a 4-hour cancelation policy. If you cancel more than 4 hours before your scheduled class, your class credit will be returned to your account and you will be able to schedule for a future date.
*All Members will be charged 50,- NOK each time they late cancel or 100 NOK at no-show.
** Clip-card holder will lose 1. clip with both late cancel/no-show.
Many people want to secure their spot well ahead of time. For that reason, there are usually many cancellations right before the Late Cancel window (4 hours).
Put yourself on the waitlist, and you will receive a notification in the app if you get a spot. (You´ll need to have notifications turned ON)
Keep in mind that the rules for late cancelation/no show still will apply when you are on the waitlist. It is important to remove yourself from the waitlist if you don´t intend to attend class.
Within 30 minutes ahead of the class, it is only possible to join the waitlist in the reception.
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you purchase your classes/sessions/space rentals, make sure you know the expiration date and use all sessions before that date. We will not extend the expiration date.
You are only allowed to bring cell-phone (on silent mode) and valuables (small purse or similar) into the class.
Bags, clothes etc. are NOT allowed into class.
This is a safety and comfort issue, as there needs to be a minimum space for movement between the poles!
Please reach out to the receptionist if you have bigger item valuables (Computer etc.) that you do not want to leave in the wardrobe.
The Playroom takes no responsibility for any personal items you store in our space, and can not be held liable in case of a loss.
Taking pictures and filming are not allowed during classes.
The instructor will give you permission in THE END of the class.
ALL PHOTO/VIDEO material being published MUST be credited:
